Police and Paranormal Investigators Have No Answers For Missing SUV at 13th and Jackson Cubby’s Gas Station

Omaha NE (SN) – It started out as any other night for Claire Robinson. She was out running some errands Sunday night, hoping to get home before the start of “This Is Us.” She pulled into an ordinary parking stall at the Cubby’s gas station at 13th and Jackson in Omaha. Robinson left the vehicle running and the keys in the ignition as she popped in the store real quick to grab some Berts Bees chapstick and a large bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. When she came out of the store her 2006 Chevy Tahoe was nowhere to be seen. Gone without a trace.

“I’ve never seen anything like it,” says Omaha Police Chief Todd Schmaderer. “In all my years of law enforcement nothing like this has ever happened before. It just vanished with no explanation. We have no clues as to what could have happened to that 2-ton vehicle left running at a gas station. We are stumped.”

The Omaha Police force is so stumped that they have called in paranormal investigators, psychics, shamen, and UFO conspiracy theorists to try to help solve this mystery. One psychic said she felt a “negative energy” at the 13th and Jackson Cubby’s. “Bad Place! Bad Place! Get out!” screamed the crazy old blind psychic gypsy woman. Unfortunately she had no visions on what happened to the missing vehicle.

“It’s scary,” said Bruce Posey, head EMF reader guy on Syfy’s reality show “Ghost Hunters.” “One minute you abandon your running car, the next minute an inter-dimensional portal opens up and takes in into an alternative reality. I guess we will never really know what happen to that Chevy Tahoe but this EMF reader makes a lot of funny noises. I think I got something, hold on. Did you hear that? That was a ghost.”

As for Claire Robinson, she just wants some closure. “I’d like to know what happened to it but I’ll be ok. I can borrow my boyfriend’s car for the time being and leave the keys inside that when I run my errands. Lightning can’t strike twice right?”
