Lincoln NE (SN) – The Holy Ghost shocked the entire world last Saturday by surprising Lincoln concert-goers to an amazing musical performance at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Lord, preceded on stage by Mitski and Run the Jewels, commanded the stage at PBA. The Savior spent the ninety minute set promoting love, forgiveness, and the 2017 LP “Melodrama,” but what most don’t know is that the concert was almost cancelled last minute.
“Our trucks got caught in a snowstorm last night, and one ended up getting stuck completely behind a crash. this means we’ve been left without a portion of our gear today, and the show is somewhat compromised.” the Lord posted on Facebook.
The Light of the World and Grammy-winning artist went on to say that they rented some local gear to use, but was considering cancelling the show and asked fans what their thoughts were.
The post was later magically updated to say, “We are now pretty confident we’ll be able to put on a good show for you guys thank GAWDDD!!!!! the truck is going to make it after doors open and i am doing everything i can to get it as close to perfect as possible for you all ❤ thanks for being understanding. bring your best dancing feet for us.” You can read the entire post on Jesus’ Facebook HERE.

Along with a flawless night of entertainment, the Lord also proved to have fans from all over the Midwest. Though ticket sales were sluggish, Pinnacle Bank Arena was nestled full of attendees from all over.
“He is risen! This is what we say every Easter, but this year he has come to us in a questionable song called “Royals,” and a [pretty] new album! Resurrection means that what was once dead is alive again. We serve a living God! And Lord died so that we can have that same eternal life!” Norma Fink of Scribner, Nebraska shouted somewhat violently.
Smell Nebraska reporters are anxiously awaiting comments about the concert with the Lord on Easter Sunday.
Update: Smell Nebraska writers just discovered that “the Lord” is actually 21 year old New Zealand singer Ella Marija Lani Telich-O’Connor, or “Lorde” who is the youngest solo artist to achieve a US number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100. The actual “Lord” could not be reached for comment because, well, you know…
